PARLE-G BAKLAVA BITES

Ingredients

1 pack of Parle-G
1 cup walnuts
1 cup pistachios
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup honey
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Dash of salt

Method

  1. Crush Parle-G, walnuts, pistachios
  2. Mix with butter, honey, peanut butter and vanilla essence. Add salt to taste.
  3. Shape squares or round balls - whichever form you like
  4. Chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes
  5. Garnish with pistachios and serve
